Reservation Policy

Guarantee

All services to be provided by Syntony Hotels must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on the day of arrival. Non guaranteed services are not accepted.

Cancellation

Cancellations between 15 days and 72 hours prior to the day of entry, one night charge.

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the day of arrival, full booking charge.

No-Show charge of the total booking.

Reception opening hours are from 8h00 to 20h00

Check-in time from 16h00.

The check-out time is until 11h00.

In case of departure after the stipulated check-out time, an extra night will be charged.

Other

After validation of the charge, a booking confirmation e-mail will be sent.

Sofa-bed for two children under 12 years old or a youngster under 16 years old.

Possibility of adding 1 cot.

Baby seat available

Daily cleaning between 09:00 and 17:00

No smoking

No pets allowed
